German Style  Gingerbread Cookies

brown sugar agave syrup plain flour vegan butter ground almonds baking powder ground cinnamon ground ginger mixed spice ground nutmeg  lemon, juice and zest

Ingredients

Melt Vegan Butter,  Agave and Sugar

Step 1 & 2

Add melted butter and sugar to dry ingredients

Step 3

Slowly add lemon juice and mix. 

Step 4

Chill the dough half hour

Step 5

Roll the dough out

Step 6

Cut shapes out with cookie cutters Bake

Step 7 & 8

Ice or decorate the lebkuchen.  Allow to dry, then share!
