red onion  or large pink shallot red wine (check it's vegan) vegan gravy granules  (or gravy mix) olive oil Fresh herbs  such as sage or rosemary

Ingredients

Sautee the onion or shallot in the oil until soft and slightly golden

Step 1

Add the gravy granules and red wine.

Step 2

Add water and stir until the gravy becomes glossy

Step 3

Add extra water if you need it.  Keep stirring so you have no lumps

Step 4

Serve with roast potatoes and all your favourite Roast Dinner Things.
