Rubies In The Rubble Aquafaba Mayo £3.50
Made with aquafaba (leftover chickpea water!) this mayo is smooth, creamy and protein rich. Everything is made sustainably from surplus ingredients that would have gone to waste. Originally Jenny’s idea, who was shocked that over a third of all produce never reaches our plates, this delicious mayo is cruelty free and makes use of a wonderful ingredient that otherwise would go to waste!
Mei’s Homemade Dan Dan Chilli sauce £6.50
Mei is from Hong Kong, and brings the best of her culture and wider travels to her sauces. They are a simple solution for convenience and deliciousness. Dan Dan sauce is perfect for stir fries and noodle soups and is made with aromatic Sichuan Peppercorns. (Watch this space for a YUMMY powerbowl recipe using this sauce!)
Nature Kitchen Roasty Roots spice mix £3.50
Spices range from Apple Pie and Mexican Taco Spice to Singapore Seasoning. The Roasty Roots is perfect for a tray bake in colder months. The owner, Ally, believes in making spice blends from scratch with fresh ingredients, free of bulking agents and preservatives, but bursting with flavour. We love sprinkling this on a traybake (like this recipe we created) Also delicious to add flavour to soups and sauces!

As we go into autumn it’s only right to showcase these butternut squash squares. Paleo, grain free and 100% packed with flavour. Started by creative Elsa to provide customers with healthy, delicious snacks. She loves geometric patterns, health, nature and the environment.
Bumblezest’s Chamomile, Lavender and Spirulina shot £3.40
Gorgeous shots of goodness in recyclable glass bottles. They started in a kitchen in Battersea to help with the rigors of modern life, with a focus on health, complexion, vitality and wellbeing. They also offset their carbon emissions. This shot is great for digestion, skin and to help with calmness.
Nouri’s Chocolate and Hazelnut Healthy Balls £3.99
This new brand is about healthy, all natural balls, with true indulgence. Made with simple ingredients, these balls are an alternative to truffles, and taste incredible.
