Rubies in the Rubble Chipotle Mayo
Made with aquafaba (chickpea water!) this mayo is smooth, creamy and protein rich. And with a chipotle kick! Everything is made sustainably from surplus ingredients that would have gone to waste. Originally Jenny’s idea, who was shocked that over a third of all produce never reaches our plates.
