What’s in our Deluxe March Box?!

Who agrees that roast dinners are a winner? And who is a chocolate lover!? Everyone we think. We’re so excited for our March Deluxe Vegan Larder box, which is gearing us all up for Easter. We’re so excited about the Organic Herby Lemon stuffing (you can smell the lemon before you open the pack!), perfect as a side dish, and the Bristol-based Gingerbeard’s Beetroot and Horseradish Relish, which is ideal to serve with that a nut roast. Also a special mention to The Hoisin Sauce from The Garlic Farm; you can’t not love this South East Asian deep garlicky sauce!

We’ve got delicious melt in the mouth chocolate treats; hand decorated, zero waste vegan creamy eggs from Choc Box, and a Chia and Cacao brownie mix from Creative Nature. You’re welcome – your chocolate fix is sorted!

 

Hoisin Sauce by The Garlic Farm

This amazing Isle of Wight family business started 50 years ago by Granny Norah with a few garlic seeds! They hold events, shows and festivals and make incredible chutney, relish, and sauces. This Hoisin Sauce has a deep garlicky flavour and is perfect for stir fries, marinades or as a condiment.

Steenberg Organic Herby Lemon Stuffing

The first for Fairtrade spices, family-run Steenbergs produce organic spices, loose leaf tea and baking extracts in North Yorkshire. You can smell the lemon from this stuffing before you even open it! Brilliant as a roast dinner side dish, or a topping to a vegetable crumble.

Easter is about chocolate, so we’ve chosen this super easy to make, and very yummy to eat, brownie mix. Creative Nature is a small company who embodies the belief that healthy products should also be super tasty. 100% gluten free and with no common allergens. It also melts in the mouth!

This family business are proving with taste that healthy is rewarding and delicious. We adore this gingerbread-tasting bar, and Hala Bar’s ethos; they donate profit to good causes.

 

Nim’s Beetroot and Pineapple Crisps

Started by a mother in her garden shed wanting to create healthy snacks for her child, she eventually set up a factory in Kent. The majority of the veg they use is within 20 miles of the factory, and they use the whole fruit and veg. This flavour is fun, with its sweet and savoury parts.
