This month we’re getting you ready for the colder weather with some incredible cooking delights in the September box! There’s marinated jackfruit from Vegalish you can just heat up in the oven and have some rice, 3 spice mixes from Spicentice to last you many meals, and even a vegan pesto from Free From Italy which is all about bringing us authentic Italian food free from all common allergens.
We can’t forget Nutcessity nut butter from Vanessa’s fellow Bristolian! This one is Cashew and Carob and is incredible on breakfast, toast or straight out the jar – yes we do that! Then jazz up your salad with coconut bacon, and always stay prepared with Larabars and root veg crisps in your bags! All are a treat, we don’t know where to start!
Marinated Jackfruit by Vegalish

Cashew and Carob Nut Butter by Nutcessity
This nut buttery treat is carmelly and an earthy, health alternate to chocolate spread. Carob contains calcium, zinc and iron. Started by a tree-nut lover with a peanut allergy, Mike started making natural nut butters to please friends. Enjoy on cakes, or with breakfast or crackers.
Free From Italy Green Pesto
We love this genuine Italian foods company. They source the best of Italian food, both gluten free and vegan. They have an extensive range, but we couldn’t resist this staple of Green Pesto, which has an intense flavour made from basil, pine kernels and garlic. You know it’s perfect with pasta and gnocchi!
Jethro’s Marinades, Red Chili and Garlic Sauce
This husband and wife team, Phil and Annette have handcrafted unique flavours of marinades and sauce. They source the finest ingredients and handmake all their products. This one is great as as part of a pasta dish, to make patatas bravas or on roast veg.

Brown Bag Crisps, Beetroot, Carrot and Parsnips Crisps
Roasted root veg crisps are a favourite of ours. This small family business in Surrey make delicious flavours of crisps. They are gently hand cooked in sunflower oil, which is naturally low in saturated fat. You can buy these, along with some other amazing snacks, at LipStick Pub Snacks!
Larabar, two flavours
Started by Lara who hiked in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, she wanted to make something with minimal processing and eating foods in their natural state. We love the fruits and nuts in these bars!
