Cheezy Crunchy Breadcrumbs for Pasta

Ingredients

cup
panko breadcrunbs
1
tbs
olive oil
1
tsp
dried or fresh thyme or other herbs
(oregano works well)
1
tsp
salt
1
tsp
mild
(or not so mild) chilli powder (optional)

Tbs
nutritional yeast.
Instructions
Put all the ingredients into a small frying pan except for the nutritional yeast
Gently fry until golden.
Add the nutritional yeast & taste to see if you want more salt.
Add to pasta or soups.

Store in an airtight container until ready to sprinkle!
