A festive twist to a vegan classic!

  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • Half a ripe avocado
  • 20 pomegranate seeds
  • Sprinkle of crystal salt
  • Sprinkle of black pepper
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  1. Place bread in toaster and put on setting so it comes out golden brown.
  2. Mash half an avocado and spread on bread once toasted.
  3. Sprinkle salt, pepper and chili flakes on avocado. Then add the pomegranate seeds.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
