Assemeble the sandwich by smearing a layer of vegan cream cheese onto a slice of bread.
Now add the thinly sliced smoked tofu, pickled cucumber, lettuce, herbs and capers.
If you are going to make this an open sandwich, eat as is.
If you want to transport the sandwich, smear vegan cream cheese on the other piece of bread and sandwich together (this keeps the bread gripping the fillings!)

If you want to take these on a picnic, keep in a clip-lock container to retain their freshness!
