Orange Salad Dressing
Kohlrabi, Carrot & Orange Salad

A fresh crunchy salad that's the perfect addition to outdoor eating.

  • 1 medium kohlrabi
  • 3-4 small carrots
  • small handful Spring onions or chives optional
  • 3-4 tbs Olive Branch Orange & Balsamic Dressing
  • salt to taste
  1. Grate or mandolin the carrot or kohlrabi into fine slices. 

  2. Drizzle over the dressing and mix in the spring onions & chives if using. 

  3. Mix and serve 

Recipe Notes

If you don't have a bottle of the Orange and Balsamic dressing to hand, squeeze the juice of one orange, and mix in 2 Tbs olive oil and 2 Tbs white balsamic vinegar.
