Easy Lemon Herb Tahini Sauce
This easy lemon herb tahini sauce is fresh and delicious. It's perfect as a dressing, dip or just to top your meals to give extra flavour and colour.

- 1 Bunch of herbs mix of parsley, chives, dill, coriander
- 3-4 Garlic cloves
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoon Tahini
- 125 g Plain vegan yoghurt
Put all ingredients in a blender and whizz until mostly smooth.
Add to your favourite salad, use as a dip or top any meal to give it more flavour (see main post for more serving ideas).
