Easy Lemon Herb Tahini Sauce

This easy lemon herb tahini sauce is fresh and delicious. It's perfect as a dressing, dip or just to top your meals to give extra flavour and colour.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch of herbs mix of parsley, chives, dill, coriander
  • 3-4 Garlic cloves
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 125 g Plain vegan yoghurt

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and whizz until mostly smooth.
  • Add to your favourite salad, use as a dip or top any meal to give it more flavour (see main post for more serving ideas).
