Red, Green & Yellow Peppers Vegan Chicken Scallions/Spring Onions Garlic Fresh Thyme Turmeric Jerk Spice Coconut Milk Nutritional Yeast Pasta (Short styles work best)

Ingredients

Chop the peppers, garlic & scallions

Step 1

Sautee the vegan chickn chunks & put aside

Step 2

Sautee the peppers. Add the garlic and jerk spices Add the coconut milk & simmer

Step 3

Add the cooked pasta and the vegan chicken to the sauce

Step 4

Add scallions and nutritional yeast, stir and serve!!
