Air Fryer Roasted Peppers
Bell Peppers are super easy to roast in the air fryer. Use this method for delicous sweet roasted pepeprs for all kinds of dishes.

Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 180℃/356℉
Add the peppers and cook for 10-15 minutes (depending on how large the peppers are)
1 red pepper,
1 yellow pepper
Once the skins are blackened and blistered, remove from the air fryer and put into a bowl. Cover the bowl with a tea towel or lid.
Leave the peppers for 5 minutes to cool and steam. The steam will help loosen the skins.
Remove the skins, de-seed the peppers, chop up and use as desired.
