Tangy & Sweet Cranberry Shortbread Bars

Tangy Cranberry Filling with Sweet Crumbly Shortbread is a match made in heaven! This delicious snack is perfect to share for the holidays, as a Christmas treat or just to savour with a cup of tea! 

Fresh or Frozen Cranberries Plain Flour Vegan Butter Sugar Orange Juice Vanilla

Easy Ingredients...

1 & 2 Simmer the cranberries with sugar and the orange juice to make the cranberry filling. 

3 & 4.  Mix flour, Sugar and butter to make the buttery shortbread.

5.  Press about two thirds of the buttery shortbread into a lined baking tin. 

6 Spread the jammy cranberry filling over the shortbread.  7  Sprinkle more crumbled shortbread over the top. 

Serve hot for Thanksgiving a Christmas Party or a family gathering....
