Notes

Hint: For Frozen Beyond Burgers the brand suggests you thaw before cooking, however sometimes time is tight and bellies are hungry. I suggest starting the burgers off on a lower heat for 5 minutes so they thaw, then turn the heat up to 180C/356F to finish cooking. You can also use the defrost setting on your microwave to thaw the burgers before finishing them off in the air fryer.

TOPPING IDEAS:

Hawaiian- grill pineapple rings alongside the burgers. Serve with some Teriyaki Sauce, vegan cheese, vegan mayo and lettuce

Green Goddess - avocado, crispy green coleslaw and green goddess dressing with some green jalapenos.

Spicy BBQ- Sweet BBQ sauce, extra vegan cheese slices and grilled onions.

Bacon n 'Cheese- Make some vegan facon (or buy some) and grab some vegan smoked gouda cheese. Don't forget the burger sauce.

Wild Mushroom- grill wild mushrooms (like oyster mushrooms, chanterelles or lion's mane) with some garlic. Slice and add with some vegan cheese, mayo and chili sauce.
