Christmas Morning Avocado on Toast
A festive twist to a vegan classic! Everyone loves avocado on toast, and it's so much fun to switch up itrs flavour and texture. We love adding some sweetness to it with the Christmas fruit pomegrante, which also has a festive colour!

Ingredients

slice
sourdough bread
Half a ripe avocado
20
pomegranate seeds
Salt and pepper (to taste)
½
teaspoon
chili flakes (optional)
Drizzle of olive oil
Squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
Place bread in toaster and put on setting so it comes out golden brown.
Mash half an avocado and spread on bread once toasted.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and chili flakes on avocado. Then add the pomegranate seeds.
Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
