Probably the best use of the airfryer yet! Crispy and delicious smashed potatoes. Perfect for an easy side dish for dinner!

Ingredients

new or waxy potatoes

tablespoon
olive oil

smoked paprika

teaspoon
salt
flakey sea salt is best
Instructions
Boil your potatoes until just softened. Skin on!
500 g new or waxy potatoes
On a tray, smash the potatoes with a flat bottomed glass

Drizzle over olive oil, paprika and salt.
1 tablespoon olive oil,
1 tablespoon smoked paprika,
1 teaspoon salt
Turn the potatoes over and ensure they are covered in the seasoning and oil.
Turn your air fryer on according to the manufactureres instructions. Heat it to 180C°/356F
Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for 20 minutes, turning once.
Serve with your favourite dips!
