Instructions
Boil the edamame for a minute, drain and refresh in very cold or iced water.
250 g shelled edamame beans
Combine the edamame, garlic, basil, nutritional yeast and lemon juice in a blender or food processor.
30 g fresh basil,
1 clove garlic,
15 g nutritional yeast,
30 ml lemon juice,
½ teaspoon flakey sea salt
Blend until you have a smooth but slightly chunky dip.
Serve in a small bowl with olive oil and extra basil and a few toasted pine nuts (optional but pretty) to serve.
