Grate or mandolin the carrot or kohlrabi into fine slices.
Drizzle over the dressing and mix in the spring onions & chives if using.
Mix and serve

If you don't have a bottle of the Orange and Balsamic dressing to hand, squeeze the juice of one orange, and mix in 2 Tbs olive oil and 2 Tbs white balsamic vinegar.
