In a bowl mix the cheese and butter in with the flour and chili powder until it resembles crumbs.
120 g plain flour / all purpose flour, pinch chili powder
Add a small amount of water to the cheese cookie mix.
2 tablespoon water
Roll into walnut size balls (about 3cm diameter) and put onto a lined baking tray
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
Serve once the cookies cool down a little.
Notes
The amount of cheese biscuits this recipe yields depends on how large you make the biscuits. Smaller biscuits can yeild up to 40, larger ones around 25 biscuits.
